3.4 Family

Family I feel when it comes to that sometimes the negative energy and positive energy maybe thrown off the chart for you are constantly with family, usually, and they should know all the bad and good about you and who you are. Also with family normally it is the ones whom birthed you who will try and build you how they see fit and based on their teachings. You could bring shame to the family and normally you want the family to be seen as good and be a great reflection of it. I'd feel people would have a mild time of being happy with family for the fact that they should try and honor their family and that living together there will be disagreement and some form of sacrifice to have things done. I'd say with family an individual will sway both ways when it comes to being happy, depending on how the family is raised and the individuals within it and their beliefs versus the individuals beliefs.

5.2 Reflections

Well readingone impression, I notice in some kind of way I would have to say that I think almost like that Lernen's way the blaming the victim for their misfortune. I would say this for I feel that it is a persons choice to live, suffer or die and be happy based upon their willingness to act. For instance someone quickly pulls a gun on a person and shoots them dead, as they stood in front of each other for, five seconds or so. That is simply enough time if your reflexes are quick to quickly jab the other person in the throat or do something else. I say that people die and suffer because they seem to lack the instant ability to act. Instead they freeze and take a stabbing or wollow within self despair and do something like let themselves fall apart or hang themselves or they stay fearful of asking or doing something do to not knowing what will happen or thinking they know it will be negative or positive and just don't do it. I say if people were more spontanious life would be better. I say peoples impressions upon each other can simply be dead wrong for you could have someone who is dressed as a villian in appearance save a villiage and be seen and looked down upon while you could have a mass murderer dressed completly as a commoner with good manners and charm, who no one will antagonise for there looks or suspect to be up to no good. Plus even if you been with a person for several years there own thinking can make them do something that seems so unlike them. For instance a very nice person may simply kill there entire family or friends or both or even eat a puppy for instance depending on the thoughts and conversations they feed themselves within thier own minds. I mean seriously unless you can read minds you truly do not know someone or what their thinking or how their thinking, plus I am pretty sure you can fake body language if you know what your doing.

5.1 Coping

One way I find an easy way to cope with stress and events are simply to think to yourself that the thing that happened had already happened and that it was meant to happen and it is your task to be confronted with it to learn something. Second way to cope with a problem or situation that I find benifical is to think that good from the event that took place in the long run, even if it doesn't seem like that; for we trully serve no real purpous othere then that in which we give are selves or that others give to us. Plus in the end we all die and then will have no problems. Those are two ways I find easy ways of thinking to help cope with stressful events.

3.3 Stress

Reading and learning about the negative and positive way it effects people and the SRRS chart and the way being optimistic seems to help. I would have to say that my thoughts on stress remain the same. I think that no matter what the best way to get through stressful events is to not be optimistic or feel rushed or sad, or anything of. I feel that the individual should cut away at emotion and emotionlessly preform there tasks or deal with something like their mother dying or what have you. For things come and go and just happen. If you keep this in mind and that your going to die anyway, fail, succeed and such. No matter what you should not have time to fall into being weak and reckless by becoming overwhelmed with something such as feelings for to my experiances, feelings cloud jugment and are simply useless and unneeded.

3.1 My Reflection's on Chapters 1 and Two

I will have to say that I feel that most of the things said in chapter one are indeed true. For I have found myself saying or atleast thinking I do not have enough time and have caught a gander at a few people panicing over waiting on something fast yet being impatient about waiting thirty seconds. With chapter 2 I mainly felt that when it came to the humainistic behavior and the book spoke of the happieness level and how a persons own veiws mainly determined that, I had totally agreed for I feel that if a person believes something is right, wrong or disstressful due to their own thinking that is true. Even if their thoughts are unrealistic. I would say that I kind of know this by experience for at times I was in the same senario and thought differently a few times and once brought myself way down do to thinking negatively on the senario, that usually didn't bother me for I would normally not think of it or would think of what I would do after it.
